Privacy

What we collect

• Your email, a securely hashed password, and your language.
• For dates: first name, date of birth, gender, who you'd like to meet, your neighbourhood (never your precise or live location), three photos, a short profile, languages, occupation and what you're looking for.
• The times you say you're free, your matches, your private Accept/Pass answers and your chats.
• Whether the people you dated showed up, and any reports you make.
• For the AI coach: your situation and goals, your practice sessions and advice chats with Luna, the things Luna remembers about you, your challenges, and, in Together mode, your weekly check-in answers.
• If you subscribe: your plan and billing status. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us.
• How you use the site, through Microsoft Clarity (see Analytics below).

Who sees what

• Your photos and dating profile are only shown to people we suggest as your date, and they see only your first name and age, not your email.
• Your Accept or Pass answer is never shown to the other person unless you both accept.
• Chat and your meeting place are only visible to the two of you. A share link shows your date details to whoever you send it to.
• Your coach chats and what Luna remembers are private to you. In Together mode, your partner sees only your check-in answers and shared challenges, never your chats with Luna.

The AI coach

Luna's replies are written by an AI model from Anthropic. To answer you, the messages in a conversation, your coaching settings and the things Luna remembers are sent to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic doesn't use this data to train its models.

Relationship details can be sensitive. You choose what to tell Luna. You can see everything Luna remembers, delete it item by item or all at once, and turn off remembering. Luna is a coach, not a therapist or a medical or legal service.

Emails

We email you about matches, dates, password resets and, if you use the coach, your daily challenge. You can turn off match and date emails in your profile, and change how often coach emails come or stop them, in the coach settings.

Analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use 2niteMeet (for example, where people click or get stuck) so we can improve it. Profiles, photos, suggestions, matches, chats and coach conversations are hidden from it, and it never runs on date-share, email confirmation, password reset or admin pages.

Until you choose, Clarity runs without cookies, so your visits aren't linked together. If you allow analytics, it can use cookies to recognise returning visits. If you turn analytics off, Clarity stops completely. Microsoft processes this data under its own privacy statement.

Services we use

Vercel hosts the site, Neon stores our database, Resend sends our emails, Anthropic powers the AI coach, Stripe handles payments and Microsoft Clarity provides analytics. Each only receives what it needs to do that job.

Your choices

You can edit your profile and coach settings at any time, and delete your account from your profile page. Deleting it removes your profile, photos, availability, chats and everything the coach holds about you.
