Ask Luna now →How it will work
- 1Answer a few questions about the last week.
- 2See what's going well and what needs attention.
- 3Pick one small thing to try together.
A simple weekly check-in
- Pick a calm moment: not in the middle of a disagreement or late at night.
- Start with something you appreciated this week.
- Talk about one thing that could be better, using “I feel” rather than “you always”.
- Agree on one small, concrete step, not a big promise.
- Keep it short. Fifteen minutes a week is enough to feel the difference.
Questions
How often should couples check in?
Weekly works well for many couples. Short and regular beats long and rare.
What if one of us doesn't want to?
Start with just the appreciation part. Once it feels safe and short, it's easier to go further.
Can Luna help with this?
Yes. Luna's Relationship mode includes weekly check-ins and shared challenges you can do together.
